Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actor and performer. She is famous for her work in the theatre and also for starring as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and singer best known for her recurring roles on the television show That's So Raven. She sang the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be included in a Disneymania special edition released in 2006. The singer recorded several songs from the Broadway production, including A Change in Me.
